Your duties

· Responsible planning, execution and monitoring of food production incl. Ensuring efficient workflows · Purchasing the required goods according to defined standards · Quality assurance measures such as control of shipping documents and monitoring of cooling and storage spaces · Continuous adaptation to changes in food law · Examination and introduction of new products and procedures · Creation of cooking lists or Determination of quantity input · Pre- and post-calculation of daily production · Implementation of inventory at the end of the year · Disposition and proper storage of consumer goods · Creation of repair orders · Technically appropriate collection of customer needs, planning, implementation and documentation · Planning and execution of internal special dinners, meetings, celebrations etc.

Requirements

· Successfully completed training to cook (w/m/d) or diet cook (w/m/d) · Multiannual experience in the area of large kitchen, hospital and senior staff of advantage, also with experience from the hotel and restaurant area · Detection of hygiene knowledge according to § 43, well-founded expertise in HACCP and allergen management and ideally proof of completed dietary training · High level of service orientation · Reliability, flexibility and operational readiness
