Implementation of small repairs and disorder-related repairs for tenants in the housing stock Documentation and acceptance of damages for insurance and reviewers Self-creating material for repair orders Participation in the standby service (including allowance scheme)

Graduated vocational training as an electronic engineer (w/m/d) Energy and building technology or in the field of electrical engineering First professional experience in real estate or building management, as well as cross-comers with craft skills in house installation Excellent communication and organization skills Self-employed, reliable working and team skills Driving license class B to use the fully equipped service car Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
