Headline Workwear (m/w/d) – BGU-Baumarkt Ansbach

In order to strengthen our specialist market in Ansbach, we are looking for a dedicated Department Management for Workwear (m/w/d) at the next time.

Your Task

• Advising our customers in the field of clothing outdoor and design occupational safety/vocational clothing as well as shoes
• First contact for corporate customers, with conversations on site at the customer to the presentation of products in the business and the refinement in the house by embroidery or patch.
• Selection of new products and placement in business
• Regular orders for optimal supply of goods with reasonable storage
• Implementation of sales promotion measures and actions, participation in the selection of prospectus products
• Advertising and quality management
• preparation of departmental plans and general team management activities

Your profile

• Completed commercial or commercial training (e.g. textile or retail trader, office trader/wife)
• Multiannual professional experience in sales and ideally first leadership experience
• Embossed customer orientation, communicative strength and passion for workwear
• High level of commitment, initiative and team spirit
• Safe appearance and very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Working frame

• Full time (38,5 hours/week) in a 5-day week
• Adjusted and long-term scheduled service times, free every second Saturday
