Are you ready for career start or are you looking for a new challenge? At the closest possible time, our customer from the logistics industry in Frankfurt offers the possibility of directly boarding as a forwarding businessman (m/w/d) or a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Recording and processing of customer orders
• Advising customers on transportation, costs and logistics solutions
• Planning, control and monitoring of national and international transport
• Exchange with customers, freight forwarders and partners
• production of export and import documents (e.g. freight letters, customs documents)
• Tracking shipments and ensuring scheduled deliveries
• Organization of logistics processes and ensuring smooth processes in logistics, effective solution finding for logistical challenges

Your profile:

• A completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, professional starter
• Understanding national and international supply chains
• knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations
• Organizational talent, team spirit and communication joy
• Ability to plan complex processes and set priorities
• Secure handling of IT systems, in particular forwarding and logistics software and knowledge in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of German and English - other languages are a plus
