You maintain and develop the existing customer base by developing product and promotion offers, performing market and competition analyses and identifying product gaps You work closely with internal departments (product management, marketing, logistics, external services) to control and implement new product launches, promotions and conversions with the customer You perform regular sales reporting, track budget compliance and define actions to generate additional sales You perform an interface function between the different departments and ensure that the projects are implemented smoothly.
