Your contribution to the Tech service provider As a specialist coach of the Service Hubs Baufinanz you support our colleagues with your expertise and service competence. You are the first contact person*in all technical topics concerning your responsibility: Customer satisfaction as the center of your action: You are an expert in understanding customer concerns, editing them in a targeted manner and communicating them in a comprehensible manner for the customers. With your expertise, you will also act as a stimulus for the further development and optimization of process topics. Technical development of your colleagues: You support your colleagues in the processing of all customer concerns around the product range of the Service Hubs Construction Financing. You promote their professional and communicative development by regularly giving feedback, as well as coaching in the team and individually. Your approach is characterised by appreciation for your colleagues. Development of the team: You plan and carry out the training and coaching independently as part of the guidance and prioritization of the management team and act as a stimulus for professional further development offers in the DKBS. Support for team development: Together with the other specialist coaches, team management and customer service, you will ensure that your teams grow beyond themselves - whether it is about the continuous improvement of our customer experience, a roll change or the way to a stronger self-organisation in the team.
