You plan and accompany smaller repair and conversion measures at our underground stations and route buildings. You always have a look at dates, quality goals and costs. External construction projects are self-contained, carry out missions and fail to identify defects. In addition, you coordinate internal projects and ensure smooth cooperation between all parties. Documents for approval procedures are carefully prepared. Within the framework of the contractor's representation, you tune the various works together.

You have completed a further education on the state-tested engineer*in for construction technology with the focus on building or bringing a comparable qualification. In addition, you have experience in planning and monitoring construction projects – ideally in stock and during ongoing operation. With Microsoft 365 you work safely and routined.
