Process Engineer Injection Molding / Plastics Technology (m/f/d)

Control and implementation of injection moulding projects -- from the concept phase to the standard maturity Definition and Ensure of Patterning and Qualification Goals (e.g. First Pattern, PPAP) Analysis and interpretation of production and SAP data to optimize processes Working in cross-functional project teams (e.g. engineering, production, quality, purchasing) as well as ensuring a KPI-based project management and target tracking Continuous improvement of processes and processes in the sense of lean manufacturing Support in the implementation and compliance of quality standards (including AS9100)

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in injection moulding, ideally in the field of thermoplastics Knowledge gained in the processing of thermoplastic materials and in the injection moulding, tooling and qualification process Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), process optimization and continuous improvement methods (e.g. lean manufacturing) Knowledge of supplier management and procurement of equipment, injection moulding tools and automation equipment Safe handling of relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100) Experience with simulation tools like Moldflow Embossed analytical skills, structured working and high team and communication skills in an international environment
