Production Specialist (m/f/d)

Support for the coordination of the daily business of production Implementation of all reporting and documentation requirements Participation in the analysis and elimination of disturbances and deviations in the production process Participation in improving operational processes takeover of training and instruction activities; Development of training documents Representation of the Production Superintendent (Tagschichtmeisters) and, if necessary, the maintenance coordinator Management-of-Change (MOC) Coordinator Acquisition of administrative tasks and support of the Production Superintendent (Tagschichtmeister) and the Production Support Engineer (Junior Manager) Working with projects such as HAZOP, ASPD, R&I and MOC Proper disposition, commissioning (supporting) and documentation of auxiliary and operating materials Support in production termination Interface to executive interdisciplinary teams (technology, purchasing, research and development) Quality Management(QM) Systems / Ideas Management / GEKIB Participation in audit stops and their planning

Vocational training / studies Completed training as a chemicalin Successfully completed training as an industrial masterin chemistry or a comparable qualification Professional experience At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Needed personal and professional qualifications Experiences in personnel management, very good communication skills and strong team skills Extensive knowledge of process engineering, plant control and plant operation Willingness to decide within the framework of the transferred responsibility Very good computer skills (MS Office, GEKIB, SAP etc.) Impressive enforcing and persuasion, high understanding and analytical thinking Perception of a role model function and pronounced target orientation High self-initiative, solution-oriented work and lived feedback culture
