About us actively shape the change of an international technology group. In this newly created key role, you build a future-oriented change management function together with our Training & Change area and accompany strategic transformation and reorganisation projects worldwide. Your duties Control and support of group-wide change and transformation initiatives Development and implementation of modern organizational structures and target operating models Advising executives and management teams in organisational and change processes Conception and implementation of effective change and communication strategies Presentation of workshops, management meetings and cross-departmental change formats Further development of change management standards and co-design of the “Training & Change” function Your profile Multiannual experience in change management and in complex transformation projects Knowledge of organizational design, reorganisation and operating models Expertise in the analysis and design of construction and execution organisations Experience in advising and supporting senior management Embossed moderation, communication and stakeholder management competence Strategic thinking, high implementation strength and sovereign appearance in challenging change situations Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
