As a team leader manufacturing you run a team of six machine and plant leaders, pack up yourself and make sure that every blank arrives in the right quality and on time with the customer.

You lead a team of six machine and plant leaders, guide it professionally, work on new colleagues and motivate your team to good performance You are actively working on our sawing and manufacturing systems and are the first contact person to your team on technical questions You plan personnel use and control the production orders so that appointments and production targets are reliably achieved You ensure compliance with quality standards and order and cleanliness in your area You carry out daily shop-floor meetings, drive the continuous improvement in production and bring their own ideas to optimize our processes You pay attention to the safety of work and assist in the maintenance and maintenance of our plants You work closely with our second team leader and logistics and relieve our company manager in the daily business

At least 5 years of practice in metalworking production, ideally in sawing, cutting or steel processing Safe handling of CNC systems (e.g. band saws, circular saws, CNC machines), including setup and troubleshooting Safe reading of technical drawings and work according to tolerance specifications Experience in leading a team, e.g. as a foreman or shift leader A completed training in the metal sector or equivalent knowledge from long-term practice Advantage: A further training to the industrial master metal or master in metal crafts
