Professional team management in project work in various topics with high priority (e.g. LYNX / KF51 / BPz / PiPZ) Project management by controlling resource use within the projects Processing project-specific tasks and estimation of AP for project processing Processing and resource deployment planning for new research and development topics Professional leadership of employees within the protection department

A successfully completed study from materials science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment e.g. plant engineering or special machine construction and ideally in the automotive and/or the defence industry Experience in the leadership of teams is advantageous Experience in project work in the field of materials sciences Knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Organisational skills in all areas as well as a high level of conflict resolution Ready for business trips
