You are on site the contact person for general questions, give subscriber documents, IT equipment and relevant information. You prepare seminar rooms for events before and after, check seating, technology, documents and material stocks and ensure order and cleanliness in the training areas. You provide the services in the seminar area, control and fill beverages and consumables and prepare coffee breaks or treat them. You support the seminar team in organizational tasks and contribute to a well-kept, customer-friendly appearance of the site.

Ideally experience in customer service, reception or event area as well as a friendly, helpful and professional appearance Experience in preparing and supporting seminars, trainings or events, as well as the ability to keep track of multiple parallel tasks Safe handling of common IT equipment and event technology as well as knowledge in the control and provision of materials and stocks Self-conscient, responsible and careful working. A well-maintained appearance and a pronounced awareness of order, cleanliness and service quality
