Extensive data collection and data extraction in the field of building management Maintenance of property-related data and documentation and verification for completeness using in-house software Pit-FM Implementation of new requirements in the field of building management Creating evaluations and transmission of data Creation of months, quarters, and annual reports Support of CAFM users Implementation of training and further training of CAFM users Contact for external partners, subcontractors, planners who access our applications Creating evaluations and presentations Technical interface to internal and external IT

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications: Training in the field of construction and/or building technology (University of Applied Sciences) or a successfully completed training as a merchant for office management, preferably in Real estate Professional experience desirable Very good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CAD, CAFM, PIT-FM) Experience in buildings and buildings Advantageous real estate industry Structured and careful working, willingness to use and initiative Friendly and reliable personality
