Technical Design & Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Advice and support of our customers, interested parties and internal employees – by phone and e-mail – along the GF Uponor product portfolio. Support for technical questions on app controlled and weather-guided regulations, including support for wiring. Telephone support for installations, commissioning and troubleshooting of control systems. Close internal cooperation with relevant departments to ensure fast and smooth operations – especially in the provision of spare parts, identification of sources of errors and implementation of improvement measures. Documentation and maintenance of all daily incoming requests in the Salesforce CRM.

Complete training as an electric master, electrical technician or comparable technical qualification. Knowledge of electrical engineering and safe application of the relevant technical foundations. Good user knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft teams. Professional and friendly appearance in all customer contacts – internal and external. Open-minded, communicative personality with a pronounced team capacity as well as a structured and organized way of working. High motivation to accept new challenges, as well as the ability to reliably manage tasks in a dynamic environment with increased workflow. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Remarkable: Experience in the handling of app-controlled individual room controls as well as CAD programs for technical planning.
