These tasks await you: complete order processing from the receipt of the order until the arrival of the goods at the customer's order intake (B2B & B2C) by phone, by email or directly from the webshop Creating orders in the Sage100 system Examination and commissioning of incoming orders Invoicing and shipping

Maintenance of customer master data in the Sage100 system Reception and support of business partners and guests Conference room management Acceptance and forwarding of incoming calls Acceptance and settlement of courier shipments and parcel deliveries

Your qualifications: completed commercial training (e.g. Kauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) in wholesale and foreign trade or for office communication/management) with a similar task area high service orientation and pronounced communication capability good understanding of figures and a quick understanding Experience in the reception area is advantageous safe handling of popular MS Office programs and experience with the Sage business program are advantageous written and oral communication strength in German (English is advantageous) high degree of autonomy, organizational talent and a cool head even in hectic situations
