Technical specialist in the service business: Project coordination & quotation preparation (m/f/d)

In this position, you are the first contact person (m/w/d) to support our customers in all technical issues relating to our fire protection systems. You create offers and take over the work preparation, such as triggering material orders via SAP. In addition, coordinate subcontractors and order work platforms. You ensure that the material is in the right place at the right time, correct working hours and prepare the billing of orders carefully. In addition, you take over the deployment planning, accept emergency service requests and organize malfunctions. Together with the service master, you will arrange maintenance and keep all deadlines reliably in mind. The continuous maintenance and updating of project and customer master files complete your varied task area.
