We are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality that supports our 15-member team in the financial accounting of the HIH Group with expertise, structured work and positive energy. The following tasks await Own processing of current financial accounting Accounting of current business incidents, provisions and delimitations Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices Implementation of payment and supervision of liquidity Maintenance and management of investment assets Preparation and preparation of monthly and annual accounts Support of controlling in the context of budget creation and deviation analyses Creating sales tax forecasts Participation in the further development of accounting processes and internal standards Compilation of annual accounts according to HGB as well as assistance with possibly required situation reports Competent accountant for auditors as part of the annual accounts.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally further training to the account holder Multiannual experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector or group of companies Experience with real estate project developments and/or LUX-GAAP desirable Routine in handling SAP FI (with S4/HANA advantageous) Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) A reliable, careful and structured operation Team spirit combined with an independent, responsible way of working
