With its cross-functional teams, our digitization and IT department is responsible for the digital development of the overall organisation. The conception and implementation of the IT strategy is just as important as the introduction of innovative solutions, the digital imaging and optimization of processes and the support of our employees and institutions. In order to strengthen the Department of Digitization and IT at the Munich office, we are looking for an IT buyer (m/w/d) as an IT buyer (m/w/d) with a focus on contract management in permanent employment, part-time (20 hours/day)

Your task: Demand determination and procurement of IT services, hardware, software and licenses Supplier selection and evaluation (collection/comparison of offers and implementation of tenders and analysis of supplier bonuses and performance) Order planning based on demand and stock quantities and complaint management Market analysis regarding innovations/availability Contract design and negotiation (processing, legal design and negotiation of contractual contents) Lifecycle management with inventory, location management, inventory, ad-hoc and standard evaluations as well as end-of-life process in cooperation with the facilities and the office Time-limit monitoring (control of durations, notice periods and dates) Compliance & Risk Management (sic production of compliance with regulations and avoidance of risks by contract violations)

Your qualifications and skills: Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial IT sector, economic higher education or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in purchasing and contract management Funded knowledge in contract law, risk management, compliance and claim management Negotiation skills, enforcement capacity, communication strength and analytical thinking as well as a structured and process-oriented way of working Experience with common digital contract management systems
