Working Student Content Operations & Development (m/f/d)

As a working student Content, Platform & Data, you develop innovative video formats, manage the distribution on YouTube & other platforms, analyze performance data, automate workflows and utilize generative AI to sustainably increase the reach and impact of our content. This is what awaits you You develop and optimise innovative video formats and help automate our content workflows so that our content is always in the right place at the right time You also manage the distribution of our content on platforms such as YouTube, Joyn and Co. and are the important interface between editorial, marketing and technology You immerse yourself in our data, analyze what our users love, visualize the performance and make clear recommendations to increase our reach In addition, you experiment with the latest generic AI tools to make our content creation and analysis processes smarter - from Prompt Engineering to Automation You work closely with teams of content, data analytics, BI, editorial staff and external service providers

You are ideally studying with media, business informatics, data analysis or a comparable subject area You have first practical experience in content production or in digital platform management (e.g. through internships or own projects) - this is advantageous In addition, you have a good analytical understanding and go safely with common analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel) You are interested in new technologies and ideally have first touch points with generic AI tools In addition, you work independently, structured and reliable and bring good communication skills You have very good German and English skills
