You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the staff:in the assigned district of Gemünden As a plant manager:r (ALV) you bear the full responsibility for the plants assigned to you (gem. territorial plant installation) in the Oberbau plant and ensure their safe and regular operation Performing inspections according to the relevant guidelines, including the creation of the findings in SAP R/3 network for the assigned orders, falls within your task area You are responsible for the evaluation of the inspection results of the operational staff:included in the documentation and determination of follow-up measures and their arrangement according to the applicable guidelines, Your tasks include ensuring the execution of measures within the framework of the allocated budget as well as construction measures within the defined production depth and secondary construction monitoring In your area of responsibility are the analysis of operational limitations and the initiation of counter-control scales, as well as the cost center planning and the development of a concept for educational planning for your own trade union You are also responsible for backup monitoring / backup planning

Your profile:
