Deputy Head of Nursing Services at St. Elisabeth (m/f/d)

You support the care services in organizational and administrative matters, e.g. service planning. You ensure room-oriented care and care and ensure a high quality of care. You consistently implement the setup and care concept and actively contribute to the implementation and further development of quality and expert standards. You conduct the digital inhabitant documentation (SIS) carefully, completely and comprehensible. You accompany and coordinate MDK exams, are responsible for nursing degree management and ensure continuous quality assurance in day care.

You have a successfully completed training as an elderly care provider or Senior caregiver or as a nurse or nursing professional or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in a leading function within the stationary old care. You have strong team skills and social competence as well as a high level of commitment. You are characterized by empathy, creativity and commitment and are always confident and professional.
