Your mission As a specialist in customer experience, you are the central interface between our customers, our team and our internal processes. You also keep an overview of many parallel tasks and manage your tasks and priorities independently and efficiently. Your tasks You process customer requests professionally and solution-oriented via email and phone You first, manage and follow offers independent You take over the complete order processing – from receipt to delivery preparation For uniform standards in documents and customer communication You agree closely with camps, shopping, technology and sales You support the team in daily business with general administrative tasks

That's what you bring Experience in handling, order processing or customer service Very good written knowledge of German as well as reliable knowledge of English as we communicate bilingually every day Very good task and self-management as well as joy in dynamic processes You communicate friendly, clear and understandable – oral and written Safe handling of office programs; Experience with ERP/Wawi systems of advantage Reliability, teamability and high service orientation
