Do you want to actively shape modern HR system landscapes? As Solution Architectin, you take the technical and technical responsibility for demanding SAP-SuccessFactors projects. Together with our customers, you develop sustainable solution architectures, accompany transformation projects and ensure the successful integration of SAP SuccessFactors into existing HR and IT landscapes. Your tasks You advise our customers on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and develop future-oriented solution architectures The solution design within complex implementation projects is your responsibility and you ensure compliance with architectural principles and quality standards You consider HR processes holistic and take into account cross-modular dependencies, integrations and cross-system relationships Together with adjacent teams, you develop integration concepts and ensure seamless integration into existing system landscapes You plan and tax specialist activities within your projects independently and take responsibility as project or subproject management Workshops, architectural decisions and solutions will help you to moderate and present yourself to specialist areas, project managers and management You contribute your expertise in presales and offering processes and support the development of convincing solutions As a pulsatorin, you are actively promoting technological developments in the SAP-SuccessFactors environment and actively promoting the development of our expertise. You develop AI-based solution approaches and automations, evaluate their added value and operating limits critically and initiate concrete impulses to develop existing processes and to establish new ones

You have a degree in (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable degree programme In addition, you bring multi-year experience in consulting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally in complex transformation projects with You have already taken on technical responsibility as lead consultant, subproject manager*in or in a comparable role A certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is self-evident and is ideally complemented by further SuccessFactors certifications You are characterized by sound knowledge of HR processes, data models and modern HR IT architectures Integrating scenarios and end-to-end process landscapes consider holistic and develop sustainable solutions The combination of strategic advice, technical understanding and cooperation with different stakeholders makes the appeal of complex projects for you In addition, you support analytical thinking, conceptual strength and a structured, solution-oriented way of working successfully to master even challenging questions You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflected way, evaluate results critically and effectively bring up current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
