In recent years, our Gertrudenhof has become a medium-sized company with a currently approx. 90 employees developed. It now consists of various areas, such as the 1200m2 regional market environment with its own outdoor gastronomy, the 25,000m2 experiential area with 6 seasonal theme park concepts including outdoor gastronomy and the heart: the Gnadenhof Streichelzoo. In addition, our own agriculture is also used by our school farm, which is currently developing into the supra-regional environmental education area.

We would like to extend Sales & Service to another management member. Closely linked to the management, you slip into the role of the “Duty Manager” on 3-5 days a week and make sure that everything runs smoothly in the daily business of the peasant market and adventure grounds. Most of the time of the day you are out on the farm and participate in tasks and pauses, check procedures & implementations, adapt the personnel planning to suit the guests and ensure quality & cleanliness. For the Gertrudian team, you are usually the first contact person to help with questions and needs of everyday life. As a team leader on the peasant market, you coordinate the daily tasks of your team members, take care of training and training, optimize structures and processes and conduct regular feedback - & development talks. You will also be happy to be close to the team and get the necessary input for your work.
