Your tasks at a glance: You support our clients in shaping their everyday lives independently – from the daily structure to day-to-day practical activities to social questions. Together with people, You develop individual participation goals and implement them on the basis of the overall planning. You strengthen resources and develop action strategies that really work in everyday life. You work closely with authorities, institutions and social services and actively network in the social area. You document your work digitally and contribute to the quality assurance and further development of our offers.

You have a completed training or study in the social education or nursing sector – for example as a social worker (m/w/d), (social) pedagogue (m/w/d), nurse (m/w/d) or nurse (m/w/d). What also distinguishes you: You have a class B licence. You like to work independently, organized and reliable. You also keep a clear head in challenging situations and bring a professional attitude. You have the pleasure of taking responsibility and introducing yourself into new areas of responsibility. You bring basic computer skills.
