Your tasks

Central contact person for the team with direct reporting line to the Operations Manager and the location management Responsibility for operating operations in the respective area and ensuring an efficient daily business Active participation in KPI and process optimizations to continuously improve processes Ensure order and cleanliness throughout the responsibility Ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, environmental and labour law requirements Training and further development of employees to ensure location-relevant qualifications and long-term versatility

Your profile

Complete vocational training in the logistics sector, complemented by relevant additional qualifications Multiannual professional and leadership experience in logistics Good system skills, ideal in SAP and MS Office Self-employed, reliable operation as well as strong team and communication skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
