Supervisor Construction Site Management / Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project planning and implementation: Pre-vising construction sites and ensuring smooth project implementation in compliance with all policies, safety and procedures. Information management: collection of the building site regulations and all project-relevant information for efficient handling. Customer communication: Participation in construction meetings and expert support of our customers as competent contact person. Complaint and conflict management: Sovereign processing of queries and complaints as well as structured solution finding in challenges. Interface work: Valuable and targeted cooperation with sales, logistics and sales services. Project monitoring: Continuous monitoring of ongoing projects including precise cost control, transparent collection of additional services and comprehensive documentation according to order confirmation. Staff Instruction: Professional assignment of employees on site as well as coordination with fleet, assembly ladder and the TPA Academy. Final control: Careful final acceptance and quality assurance after successful project completion. Technical expertise: contact for all technical questions concerning the construction projects in the region to be supervised.
