Clerk Supplier Change / Market Communication (m/f/d)

You conduct the market communication of RLM and SLP delivery points according to GPKE/GeLi-Gas and MSBG/WiM. You are responsible for the coordination and processing of electricity and natural gas supply contracts. You support the implementation of market communication processes. You provide service levels, definitions and quality standards in the area of responsibility. You process written and telephone customer requests (only backoffice, no front office or call center). You have a completed training course or a comparable degree of 2. Educational path in a relevant commercial field. You have extensive knowledge and multi-year professional experience in the field of tasks, ideally in the field of energy management. You have good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations. You have very good IT skills, especially SAP-ISU and MS Office, as well as other relevant IT systems in sales.
