Product Developer WSE (m/f/d)

What you are moving with us: Function as technical contact for our OEM customers at development level Full product responsibility for our air conditioning services throughout the entire product life cycle (concept, development, market launch, life cycle management). Creation and maintenance of product and request documents (e.g. specifications, product data sheets). Close cooperation with an international team in the fields of product management, purchasing, sales, marketing and service. Technical interface to our foreign production site, including support for serial restarts. Management of TÜV-relevant approvals such as type testing, CE declarations and certification modules B and C2. Support for the launch of new equipment and product improvements, including sales training on technical and strategic topics. Management of the existing product portfolio, continuous optimization of product quality and costs. Participation in trade fairs, customer discussions and presentations at home and abroad.

What convinces us: Complete vocational training in refrigeration, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in product development, ideally in the field of technical investment goods or automotive workshop equipment. Technical understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning technology or automotive technology is advantageous. Structured working, entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced communication skills. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Flexible Communication strong Innovative and working in a small, dedicated team.
