Your tasks:

• Monitoring of project budget and costs and cost control of internal and external personnel resources
• Complete processing of project-specific procurement processes
• Creation of commercial evaluations and reporting for different applications
• Contact person of the project team for organizational project topics
• Implementation of workshops for example for risk and stakeholder management
• Process visualization after BPMN
• Care, preparation and maintenance of ToDos and scheduling
• Creation of commercial evaluations and reporting for different applications (Kfm. Support for funding applications, project controlling, accounting checks etc.) according to the requirements of the project management

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Professional experience in commercial or technical project management
• Very good knowledge and safe handling of Microsoft 365 in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
• Knowledge of SAP R3 and knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Jira or OpenProject) are advantageous
