Then take over the disciplinary leadership of a 10-member team, secure operational excellence in the service and operations environment, and translate strategic goals into clear priorities. For the period of parental leave, we are looking for a management personality that gives our service and process-driven insurance environment structure, allows performance and a professionally strong team to develop in a stable manner.

You conduct a 10-person team in a disciplined manner, consisting of specialist workers and two professionally leading coordinators, and you develop Keep your employees structured You are responsible for the end-to-end control of central processes (offer, request, advice, inventory) and ensure quality as well as excellent customer service experience Analyze KPIs, control capacity and service levels, and take measures to increase efficiency and performance in a sustainable manner You accompany optimization initiatives as well as system adjustments and work closely with IT, product management, sales and other operations units You translate strategic targets into operational priorities and ensure their binding implementation in the team

You bring leadership experience and understand leadership as the core of your role – with responsibility for development, clarity and performance You have a completed commercial training or an economic study – ideally related to the insurance or financial services industry You understand service- and process-driven processes and can provide expert discussions with you without defining details You work structured, analyze key figures securely and meet clear, binding decisions You recognize team dynamics, actively address conflicts and create a performance-oriented, value-adding environment
