You control the technical implementation of our SAP S/4HANA transformation across all technical workstreams. You coordinate technical dependencies between ERP, SAP BTP, integrations, data migration, test management and system landscape. You are responsible for the technical programming and transparency of risks, milestones and critical dependencies. You ensure that technical delivery objects are fully, consistent and provided in the required quality. You control external implementation partners and ensure effective cooperation between all participating teams. You coordinate the planning and implementation of data migration, system tests, general samples and cutover activities. You identify technical risks early, develop appropriate countermeasures and tax their implementation. You prepare technical decisions and escalations for program management and management. You make sure that the defined architectural specifications and technical standards are taken into account in the implementation. Together with the relevant stakeholders, you plan and control the global rollout of the SAP S/4HANA solution and ensure the reusability of the template and the controlled implementation of local requirements. You translate the target image of an AI-Powered Enterprise into feasible technical initiatives and coordinate the secure, scalable integration of SAP Business AI and other AI functions in processes and platforms. You provide transparency on the technical project status and create a resilient basis for decision-making for programme and management bodies.

You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science, business management or comparable training. You have many years of experience in the technical management of complex SAP transformation or SAP S/4HANA programs You bring experience in the planning and control of international SAP rollouts and can align global templates with local requirements. Modern SAP architectures are your home – in particular SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and challenging integration scenarios. You have a well-founded experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Clean Core, Fit-to-Standard and cloud-based operating and release models. You understand the potentials of SAP Business AI and generic AI and can derive realistic applications, technical requirements and a feasible roadmap together with architecture and disciplines. You have experience in managing large implementation partners and distributed project teams. You are able to translate complex technical issues into risks, decisions and action options for management and stakeholders. You work structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging project situations. Communication strength, liability and enforcement skills are the key. You can communicate safely in German and English and move confidently in international project environments.
