The Hotel Schloss Lehen is a charming, historic house with a special ambience. Our small, dedicated team is looking for reinforcement at the reception – the heart of our house.

Your tasks:

• Friendly reception and care of our guests
• Check-in and check-out
• Telephone and written reservation
• Processing of requests and requests
• General administrative tasks at the reception
• Cooperation with all departments to ensure smooth operation
• Processing of customer reviews
• Breakfast service

Your profile:

• Complete training in the hotel compartment or experience at the reception desirable
• A warm radiance and joy in dealing with people
• Motivation to actively shape guest experiences
• Ehrgeiz, together with the team, to continuously develop the quality of our house
• Organisational skills and reliability
• Secure handling of MS Office; Experience with hotel software of advantage
• Very good German knowledge, English knowledge desirable
• Well-maintained appearance and courtesy forms
