Practice Instructor Inpatient Care (m/f/d)

Planning, implementation and documentation of practical instruction units in stationary care. Support & Development: Conducting reflection, assessment and development talks with trainees. Training concepts: participation in the development of practical training concepts within Hahne Holding. Examination preparation: support for trainees in preparation for exams and during their practical work. Quality assurance: ensuring and developing quality in practical training.

Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) as well as a further training for practical instructions. Experience: at least two years of professional experience as a nurse; Experience in practical instructions is desirable. Operation: Structured, independent and responsible operation. Communication: team-oriented appearance and pleasure in the guidance and development of trainees. Digital competence: Safe handling of care documentation and basic digital applications.

Place of use: Hannover, Hahne Residenz „Heidehaus“. Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working hours: Mainly from 6:30 to 15:00, occasionally until 17:00 and attending individual events on Sundays. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 4,663,00 and € 4,851,00, depending on the experience. In addition, you will receive a monthly supplement of 190 € gross.
