Care, care and development of long-term business relationships with our Wealth Management customers and their families Full advice in all relevant products (including securities, holdings, financing, foreign exchange, provision, etc.) Active optimization of the overall assets of our customers as well as expansion of the customer base by professional relationship management and targeted new customer acquisition Coordination of expert teams to develop optimal solutions and guide associated assistance; in some cases, cooperation with product managers to initiate individual solutions Management of internal interfaces, in particular for risk management credit and other performance-generating units of the LBBW Group Presentation of BW Bank's Wealth Management in Associations, Institutions and Customer Events Independent discussion of relevant topics in Wealth Management as well as regular information acquisition on current developments and trends

Economic studies or comparable qualifications Experience in handling high-performance customers as well as the corresponding services and products Good network of high-capacity families, foundations and institutions in the Mainz area and well-founded knowledge of the regional market Knowledge of specific Wealth management products, such as non-recourse financing or special funds Embossed analytical thinking, conceptual skills and a structured working method Openness, hands-on mentality, team skills and active integration into the team on site Strong communicative skills associated with negotiation and acquisition skills as well as a winning and sovereign appearance
