Senior Expert for the Digitalization of the HR Area (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) now and in full time in Bonn. The HR Steering & Digitalization department controls and accompanies the implementation of the HR digitization strategy, which ensures a simplification and optimization of HR processes by the targeted use of technologies. As a central interface between the internal IT department, external IT service providers and HR departments, we develop the requirements for IT tools and take responsibility for their implementation and operation.

Analysis, planning, design and accompanying implementation of adjustments in the existing HR IT system landscape for standardization and optimization of business processes Operation and further development of the current and future HR IT systems in close cooperation with internal IT – including user support, troubleshooting and coordination of updates and releases Collection, description and evaluation of requirements in the context of the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors First practical experience in process optimization through the use of RPA technologies and/or low-code platforms Takeover of (partial) project lines in the HR digitalization environment Close cooperation with HR and IT departments, representatives of co-determination and external service providers to develop efficient and user-oriented solutions Support for further tasks in the context of HR digitization

Successfully completed studies with professional reference to the place (e.g. business informatics) Multiannual practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable HR systems Extensive professional experience in the survey of requirements in the context of HR processes Methodological knowledge in project management and experience in subproject management of software implementations desirable Reliability, hands-on mentality and strong team orientation Strong communication capability and customer orientation Interest in new technologies and strong analytical skills German language skills in word and writing
