The team consists of 15 experienced employees of the holistic private customer advice, which are used at our locations in Cologne-Heimersdorf, -Chorweiler and -Pesch. With a deep understanding of individual customer needs, we offer tailor-made solutions and accompany our customers through complex financial issues.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You will lead a team of 8 senior financial advisers (including securities competencies) and 7 financial advisers and help our customers be advised quickly, competently and solution-oriented – always supporting a modern, future-oriented distribution culture. You actively take responsibility in various leadership functions by motivating your team to build networks, supporting Sparring partners, sharing your expertise in further education and continuously optimizing processes to increase efficiency. Based on sales and decision-supporting systems, you develop, initiate and implement concrete measures to achieve the sales targets. You look at the implementation of quality standards, legal and operational organizational requirements and processes and coordinate cooperation with other sales and staff areas. In exchange with other private customer consulting managers, you are constantly developing our consulting concepts as well as success and team-oriented sales culture.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have successfully completed a training course to the bank manager (m/w/d) or a comparable economic university study. You already have relevant professional experience with securities competence in the advice of private customers and have ideally been able to gain first leadership experience. You are characterized by a high level of readiness, self-initiative, solution orientation and a structured way of working and a safe occurrence. Commitment, enthusiasm and willingness to design, as well as fun and dedication in dealing with people are at your disposal to a great extent, especially in the further development of your employees.
