Strategic management and further development of the joint venture faw and gfi proCare Rostock in the business areas of adult education and outpatient assistance Technical and economic responsibility for programmes, projects, measures and assistance Leadership and development of teams from educational and psychological professionals, project management and administration Quality assurance and implementation of modern educational and organisational standards Cooperation and networking with public bodies, municipalities, schools, companies and other partners Acquisition and control of funding, including budget planning and controlling Representation of the company in bodies, specialist events and to clients

A completed study in the educational or commercial field or the like. Management experiences, in vocational education and training and/or in the field of child and youth assistance Interest in a meaningful task requiring strategic thinking and conceptual action under the conditions of the social market Communication strength and persuasive power Basic business and labour law knowledge Knowledge of the regional labour market Knowledge of SGB II / III and SGB IX and VIII Good negotiation skills and quality awareness
