Business and employee-oriented overall responsibility for the warehouse and shipping departments with a total of 40 employees. Optimization or monitoring of structures and routines in all processing processes and internal and external communication Activities Coordination of trade logistics in the fields of delivery and delivery, storage, commissioning and transport Guided tour of currently approx. 40 team members including two department heads Interconnection of logistics with other business areas in a rapidly developing business environment Optimizing existing and implementing new workflows Monitoring of logistics KPIs and deriving improvement measures Direct and active reporting to the management

Insufficient professional experience in a comparable specialist and leadership position High readiness for responsibility and commitment Embossed understanding of logistical relationships Experience in and enjoying value-assurance and targeted employee leadership Enthusiasm for a processive thinking and working Safe, dynamic and motivating appearance Safe handling of modern computer-based warehouse management systems Efforts to make decisions and loadability in a dynamic environment Authentic, exemplary leadership culture and the willingness to always do what needs to be done Negotiating language skills in German and English are mandatory, further foreign language skills are of advantage. It would also be nice to have some enthusiasm for contributing to the energy transition with this work.
