As Teamlead IT Infrastructure & Hosting (m/w/d), you take over the professional and operational leadership of our IT team. You're thinking of clear priorities, reliable responsibilities and structured implementation. Keeping an eye on open tasks, appointments, operational risks and technical quality and creating the framework in which your team can reliably complete themes.

Technically, you’re experienced enough to evaluate solutions, make sustainable decisions and support your team in complex issues at eye level. In case of critical disturbances or challenging infrastructure projects, you can also intervene yourself. The focus of your role is the effective leadership of the team and the further development of our operating organization and IT infrastructure.

Technical and operational management of our IT team with clear goals, priorities, responsibilities and reliable agreements Management of day-to-day business and the creation of transparency on open tasks, dates, operating risks and agreed results Responsibility for the stable, safe and performant operation of our customer hosting in a regional data center Assessment of technical concepts and solutions and support of the team in escalations, critical disturbances and complex projects Planning and control of infrastructure and modernization projects around servers, virtualization, storage, network and internal IT Further development of our operating processes, standards and documentation for a comprehensible and reliable IT operation Consistent maintenance of agreed tasks and results as well as early intervention when appointments, quality or operational safety are at risk Close coordination with management, development, internal departments, service providers, data center partners and, if necessary, customers

Completed training or completed studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing or managing an IT team, technical staff or challenging infrastructure projects Found experience in system administration, IT infrastructure or hosting and data center environments Experience with some of the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory, Linux and Ubuntu, Docker, Hyper-V or Proxmox, Sophos XGS, Veeam Backup and Checkmk Ability to examine technical statements well-founded, identify risks early and make comprehensible decisions Clear and binding communication and the ability to openly address expectations, progress and challenges Structured and solution-oriented working with sense of responsibility, strength of decision and a good sense for people
