To strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for an application and incident manager Meter-to-cash/ Space (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg or Rendsburg at the next possible time.

You take responsibility for the configuration and technical support for the meter-to-cash area of our network customer portal. Required adjustments and extensions in the configuration are provided independently. To do this, you work independently with the users from the departments to identify, analyze and troubleshoot challenges and risks in the application and processes. Your daily work also includes the care and processing of incident tickets in our support tools and communication via other support channels such as email and MS teams. Together with our release management team, you will process the implementation of troubleshooting at system updates and work independently in the innovations of the application. You create and maintain the documentation of the application and participate in the processing of data processing, creating system and process overviews. You always keep the “red thread” on the technical topics and the interfaces to the resystems, in particular to device management (GM) and measurement concept management (MCM). You have a completed training as a specialist (or comparable) with several years of professional experience. A strong professional experience in the energy industry and a good understanding of network connection and meter-to-cash processes in the energy industry or matching experiences from other industries is desirable. At best, you already have first experiences in the operation and configuration of customer portals (Axon IVY). You know how technical specifications and project results are documented. You have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing and are motivated to advance digitization at HanseWerk.
