Property manager - commercial and technical (m/f/d)

We do not end property management in the day-to-day business. Loosen & de Graaf Group is an owner-managed real estate investment and project development company from Aachen. Core business is purchase, management and Development of residential property and land in North Rhine-Westphalia, in particular the metropolitan regions Aachen-Köln-Düsseldorf. As a stockholder, we manage about half of our 1,800 units and develop them over their entire life cycle – we do not optimize the time per property, but the property itself. Because we are rethinking our management with AI and automation, technology is increasingly taking over the routine – and your focus is shifting upwards: towards the technical and economic development of your objects. You do not only manage your objects – you develop them. Transversal beginners: inside with technical or technical background are expressly welcome. We are looking for more motivated employees to extend our property and asset management. Our long-term goal is to manage the essential part of the constant growing stock itself. Your entry – understand the object: Operational care of your objects: renting, coordination of craftsmen, accompaniment of operating costs (acceptably AI-supported so that you have the head for the essential) Your possible development: settlement of rent accounting Technical monitoring of your buildings and planning of maintenance and investment (CapEx) Support Rental Team Responsibility for and implementation of the development of the real estate stock (movies, vacancies, renovations)

Cross-comers are welcome – more important than the CV is that you think in object yield instead of in tickets Professional experience in real estate is of advantage or a technical or technical background (e.g. crafts, construction engineering, construction drawing, civil engineering, architecture) and desire to develop the commercial side Curiosity for new AI-assisted tools and desire to help shape processes Structured and detailed operation High level of self-responsibility Team skills and responsibility Ideally: knowledge in dealing with a common real estate management software
