Control Digital Projects: Responsibility for Planning, Implementation & Development of Functions and Processes in E-Commerce Optimize operational processes: coordination, analysis and targeted improvement of registration, customer & ordering processes in close cooperation with internal departments Developing sales markets: Analysis and expansion of selected sales markets and development of measures to increase activity & sales Cooperation with Sales: Close coordination with regional sales teams to implement joint growth initiatives Analyzing data: Continuous monitoring of central KPIs and deriving strategic and operational recommendations Implementation of actions & measures: Conception and implementation of digital campaigns and communication measures Managing interfaces: Active cooperation with IT, sales, marketing, customer service & international units

Education & Qualification: Complete studies in the field of business, e-commerce, marketing or a comparable qualification Professional experience & expertise: experience in e-commerce, project management or in digital business models as well as a good technical understanding IT- & language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of digital tools Personal Competence: Self-Employed & Structured Operation, Strong Communication Skill, Analytical Thinking and Joy in Work in an Agile and Cross-functional Environment
