Then come to our team at the Essen site as soon as possible Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your tasks Professional responsibility for our digital products You bring your expertise from road construction and transport and make sure that our products correctly reflect real requirements of cities, municipalities and infrastructure managers. You actively shape the professional development of our platform and develop innovative solutions for the digital road infrastructure together with customers and our product team. Requirements Management & Product Development You accept requirements of customers, internal stakeholders and specialist users, analyze them and prioritise them together with the product team. You translate technical requirements from road and traffic into understandable user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications for our development teams. You model processes, workflows and technical requirements related to road condition detection, damage assessment and conservation management. You work closely with developers, data scientists and product owners to design and implement new functions. Project management & customer work You carry out projects independently from the request intake, the conception and the successful implementation. You act as an interface between customers, specialist users and development teams and ensure that requirements are implemented in a comprehensible and efficient manner. You support workshops, product demonstrations and professional coordination with customers and partners. Quality assurance & validation You validate data models, workflows and product results from the perspective of a civil engineer and traffic planner. You accompany agile development processes and support sprint plannings, reflections and technical declines of new functionalities. You make sure that our solutions meet the technical requirements of our customers and create real added value. Your profile Must-requirements Successfully completed studies in civil engineering with a focus on transport, road construction, infrastructure management or a comparable discipline. Professional experience in road construction, road transport, infrastructure management, civil engineering or a comparable environment. Embossed analytical and structured working methods. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. Can requirements Experience in requirements management, requirements engineering, business analysis or product management. Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or comparable tools. Interest in software development, data analysis, AI applications and digital products.
