Support of the technical manager in operational and strategic topics Coordination of technical customer requests as well as professional assurance of solution finding Interface between customers, technicians, masters and specialist departments Technical assessment of incoming concerns and structured follow-up until successful completion Support of small technical projects in the field of energy supply Close cooperation with customer center and sales

Technical training or technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology) Very good technical understanding and exchangeability with specialists High customer orientation, communication strength and solution focus Enforcement, organizational talent and friendly appearance Motivation for personal further development - with a perspective towards technical direction
