You are responsible for the IT user and email accounts of the city administration in the central Active Directory and the Mailsystem Exchange (currently on premise). In doing so, you take care of the permission changes, in particular the management of permission roles and the file server structure, as well as cooperation in the development of the system, towards an ID management system You are also responsible for the access rights of the urban employees. At the same time, the creation of permissions and editing of changes within the framework of the role concept belongs to your tasks You develop ideas and strategies for the further development of urban infrastructure in identity management and authentication (IDM / IAM systems), in particular with regard to automation and complete commissioning You fill service orders in order management

You have one of the following qualifications: a completed university degree in an STEM area; or other completed university studies e.g. in the field of VWL, BWL, Social Sciences or Law with professional experience in IT

At best, you bring professional experience in the IT environment with middle or larger organizations/firms and have ideally already gained experience with larger mail server systems, such as Outlook or Exchange Knowledge with PowerShell scripting, authentication systems and methods (IIDC, Keycloak, etc.) You are happy to work in the team and your analytical and structured way to complete your profile
