As a production employee (m/w/d), you are an essential member to ensure that everything is running around. Early, late or night shift – you are ready to pack flexible and motivated with and to achieve excellent results.

• You take over the operation and monitoring of production machines.
• You are responsible for quality control and ensure that the products meet the high standards.
• You carry out smaller maintenance and cleaning work on the machines to ensure smooth operations.
• You document production data precisely and contribute to process optimization.
• You work closely with your team to make production efficient.

We are looking for

You are motivated and willing to develop yourself in a varied working environment? Then you'll bring the right profile! You should meet the following requirements:

• You master the German language at least on B2 level.
• You are ready to work in the 4-shift system (break, late and night shift).
• Ideally, you have a training degree, but also newcomers are welcome.
• You have a high degree of reliability and accuracy.
• You're a team-ready and bring the willingness to take you active.
• You are flexible and resilient.
