Complete order processing incl. Order clarification, acquisition, manufacture, order management via the EDI system, settlement of contracting agents Recording and processing of complaints, returns, creation of credits, cancellation and proforma invoices Documentation and storage of processes according to predefined standards (DMS), permanent updating of customer master files Coordination with sales as well as with the corresponding departments such as accounting, warehouse/logistics etc. Invoicing (electronic and postal)

Successfully completed commercial training and/or professional experience in order processing Ability to capture data quickly and accurately Good knowledge of the MS Office package with high digital affinity Teamability, service orientation Responsibility and reliability Very good knowledge of German is required
