Head of Department Competence Center Exclusiveness Organisation (all genders) - Bruchhausen

The Competence Center for Exclusiveness with locations in Münster, Kiel and Bruchhausen is part of our central sales management. Our mission: We are first contact persons: both for training and professional and sales training in the exclusive organization - with the aim of sustainably strengthening the sales success of the agencies by highly qualified and motivated employees.

This will be your tasks

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team Competence Center Exclusiveness Organisation. You implement the strategic objectives of the department in concrete measures and ensure that You are successfully implemented. You report the relevant operational indicators according to the specifications of the range. You actively accompany change and transformation processes and ensure their sustainable implementation at department level. You will ensure top training quality by coaching the coaching team, giving feedback and further training. You control the conception and implementation of basic and building training for agency owners: women, sales assistants, merchants for insurance and finance, and trainees You continuously develop the training and training portfolio for AO sales - from presence to webinars and WBTs to hybrid formats. You accompany product launches, advise on educational offerings, plan decentralized sales seminars and develop modern learning opportunities together with product management, marketing, talent management and other stakeholders.

This will bring you

Studies in the field of pedagogy, economics or social sciences or in the insurance industry - alternatively you have a comparable qualification with professional experience. High organizational skills and control competence at process level. Ability to implement change and transformation processes in an address-oriented manner. You have already gained leadership experience in (insurance) further education or in sales. Ideally, you yourself have worked as a trainer:in or bring train-the-trainer expertise. You are characterized by a high target and service orientation. Communication and presentation skills are your strengths. Your residence is located at a maximum of 70 km from our site Bruchhausen so that you can be flexible and regular on site.
